Brand Registry Support
Claim a brand, register a new one, correct an entry, or ask why a listing is not linking.
Every product on GFX belongs to a brand, and every brand has an entry in the registry. This page is for anything to do with those entries.
Claiming a brand
If GFX has created an entry for your brand and marked it unclaimed, it is yours to take. We create unclaimed entries so sellers can list your products properly rather than inventing their own version of them — not to hold anything back from you.
Claiming gives you control of the brand's canonical product data, the ability to authorise sellers, and visibility of who is selling your products on GFX.
What we need from you
- The brand name as it appears on the registry entry
- Evidence you own or represent the brand — a trademark registration, a distribution agreement, or authorisation on the brand's letterhead
- A contact at the brand or the national distributor
We aim to complete a claim within three working days of receiving everything. If your evidence is unusual, tell us what you have and we will tell you whether it works before you gather more.
Registering a new brand
A brand nobody has listed yet. Send us the name, the products, and whatever establishes that you are entitled to represent it. If you are a seller rather than the brand, say so — we will create the entry as unclaimed, list your products against it, and hand it over when the brand arrives.
Correcting an entry
Wrong logo, wrong description, a product attributed to the wrong brand, a duplicate entry that should be merged. Tell us what is wrong and what it should say.
If the entry is claimed and you are the owner, most of this you can change yourself from the partner dashboard. Use this form when you cannot.
Authorised seller status
The badge says a seller is authorised by the brand to sell its products. The brand grants it, not GFX. A seller who is not authorised still sells; they rank lower on the product page.
- Sellers — ask the brand directly. If the brand has claimed its registry entry, they can grant it in a few clicks. If it has not, tell us and we will try to reach them.
- Brands — you grant and revoke it from your dashboard. We do not grant it on your behalf, and we do not remove it on a seller's word alone.
Disputes
If you believe someone is selling your products without the right to, that is an intellectual property matter rather than a registry one — but send it here anyway and we will route it. We would rather handle it in the wrong queue than not at all.
